Welcome to our School.

Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, G.T. Road, came into existence under the aegis of Chief Khalsa Diwan in 1967. It was founded in the name of Sri Guru Harkrishan Ji, the eighth Guru of Sikhs. It is the first institution in the region to be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. During the span of 43 years, it has become the forerunner of the chain of such institutes.

Co-curricular Activities

Co-curricular activities like debates, declamation contests, art and craft, shabad gayan competitions form an integral part of the school curriculum.

Quiz competitions and light and sound shows are also organized in the school

The students bring laurels to the institution in various Inter School Competitions.

Tours and excursions are organized every year for the students.

The School has earned the reputation for excellence in spoken English. To enhance their communication skills, students appeared in graded examination conducted by Trinity College London and Cambridge University, ESOL, examination UK and were awarded A+ Grade.

The school was established with a view to provide the students an oppurtunity to grow and develop in modern and scientific way.
